Synopsis
As the glamorous and cutthroat National Hair Championships descend upon a small town in the north of England, the country´s top stylists aren´t expecting much in the way of local talent. But they didn´t count on Phil Allen, the retired Golden Boy of the competition circuit, entering the fray when it becomes clear that several of the scheming hairdressers aren´t playing it straight!
