Synopsis
Carmen, accused of the murder of a girl, is released on probation after two years in prison, but only thanks to an appeal to the High Court. From her arrest to the trial and subsequent sentencing, the media delved into Carmen´s private life, highlighting in particular her sexual preferences, putting public opinion firmly against her. Despite having always claimed her innocence Carmen is left at home, unemployed, disowned by both family and friends and becomes the focus of attention for the media, especially gossip programmes. Carmen is hounded by the real murderer but nobody believes her story.
