Synopsis
Josh (Johnathan Schaech) and Theresa (Mili Avital) seem like the perfect couple-that is, until he moves in with her. When Josh moves in with Theresa, their perfect relationship begins to unravel after he suddenly snaps into a murderous rage for no apparent reason. When she discovers she´s pregnant with Josh´s child, Theresa seeks refuge in a remote lakeside cabin. Josh pursues her and launches his reign of terror-tormenting her and cutting her off from the outside world. After Theresa attempts a daring escape, he finally allows her to return home but continues his obsessive control of her life.
