Synopsis

This is about two poor devils, fifty year olds, two born losers on the verge of desperation, the taxi driver Augusto and Julio, an old cinema specialist who often reminisces about the good old days. These two get into a lot of trouble when they are going after the big “job” which life has done them out of up to now and they accept the task of carrying out a secret operation in Perpignan in exchange for a million euros. On their travels they are accompanied by Augusto`s father-in-law Melquiades, who suffers from senile dementia in an entertaining way, and a prostitute, Lola who is later joined by Emma, just the kind of girl Julio is keen on. As they try to complete their task they come up against a group of traffickers from the mafia who are far from happy about Julio and Augusto achieving their objective.
