Synopsis
During an illegal weapons deal in New York, an undercover cop is brutally murdered by a ruthless arms dealer. The father of the slain officer teams up with his son´s partner to hunt down the killer who has fled to Russia. Their investigation puts them on a collision course with a black market operation to sell a nuclear device to international terrorists.
