Synopsis
In Buenos Aires Pancho, a cook in his fifties is reliving his youth. He has just opened a classy restaurant with his new girlfriend Rita. However, his life is about to change completely one day when Amparo, a six-year-old girl who says she is his grandchild, knocks on the door. Pancho is forced to publicly admit something he has been keeping secret for years. When he came back from Spain after a failed love affair he left a daughter Lucia. Now Lucia is asking Pancho to look after Amparo until she can solve some problems. Rita finishes with him and throws him out of the house. So Pancho is forced to travel to Madrid to find Lucia and help her..
