Synopsis

Theres a hilarious car chase down a country lane in this film complete with dodgy back projection and a score which sounds like a jazz band at Ronny Scotts on helium. Rex is one of those dashing ex-public school types with an upper lip so stiff you could dive into a pool from it. Hes chasing a young girl named Tanith whos having a stalker problem in the days before they had laws against that sort of thing. Mind you, you cant send a summons to the Devil, it would burn up. And that is Taniths problem, Devil worshippers. Rex drives through a large puddle. Cut to back projection and someone throwing a bucket of water over him off camera. He stoically juts out his chin and gurns. The Devil is a mere pin prick in comparison to the vagueness of the English weather. Suddenly the Devil fogs up his screen and he punches a hole in it curiously avoiding breaking his hand. Look out Rex, a tree! Ah, its the old shaky camera point of view shot ploy with screeching tyres, white out followed by a shot
